In common language, here's some of the things Jesus told us to look for:

* an increase in natural disasters in both intensity and frequency (famines and earthquakes are mentioned specifically; along with drastic changes in the weather and earth itself, plagues and disease are mentioned, some spread by the assistance of 'beasts' (- monkeys, flies, mosquitos, mad cows .... etc.?????)
* a falling away from the Truth - men will believe what is convenient & comfortable which will lead to : "they will call evil, good; and good, evil" and this, my dear souls, relates in part, to when the Roman Catholic Church will be untimately under the leadership of Satan, himself! (Coming SOON, folks, to a lifestyle near YOU!) But Jesus left us a wonderful promise! He said: "... the gates of hell shall not prevail against MY CHURCH" !!!
* men calling themselves 'the Christ' (recent cult leaders, and some ministers, man putting himself in place of Christ)
* wars & rumors of wars - nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom
* Israel becoming a State (1948)
* false prophets
* sin will be rampant and widely accepted
* families and unity in general will deteriorate to the point where relatives will go against each other or "turn family members IN" for a buck or some advantage
* love itself will grow colder
* the Bible will be preached throughout the world

Now is there anyone out there that can deny the above?
Matthew 24 is very enlightening!

NOTE: We do NOT set "dates" ... we are told that only the Father in Heaven knows when this will be ... but we ARE told by Jesus, Himself, to know the signs of the times.
